New Song in Progress

Here is something I threw down last week. Didn't know this forum was here . . . cool.
It's just instramental with MC3 and DimPro. Not really mixed down or anything but just looking for some critique on the basic elements and feel. I may be replacing the Synth flute with a real one if I can get off my tukas and make one in the proper key.

It's the first song "Searching" on my myspace page. New-age - ambient type music

Looking forward to your comments.

I could listen to this for hours!!!!

very mellowing, the keyboard and the flute play very nicely off each other.

    Quite well done.

I thought it sounded great Jason. Piano and flute-very nice comb.
"Winter Rain" my favorite. Wonderful compositions.

    Cheers,
    Mike

Thought I'd mention Douglas Spotted Eagle at the Sony Vegas forums to you.
I think I have his name right. He plays a native flute too.

Yeah, you should get off your "tukas" as you said. I mean that with the utmost love and support. I think its great! Only a real flute would do this justice. I can't imagine though how long you'll have to practice just to get the recording right. Right? I loved the composition/progression so definitely keep going. Its more than lovely.

Jason, man, that was incredible. I'll have to listen to that every day after work. Very beautiful music.
