A message of thanks to everyone.

I've just finished building and configuring my studio and I just wanted to say thanks to everyone that has helped me with the many problems I had during the setting up phase. Without help from members of his forum I would never have been able to get to where I am now - I owe you all massively !!

Also thanks to Cakewalk for having this forum, and for making what I regard to be the best DAW software out there today.

All the best, and happy music making.

Update: Studio pics now posted below!!

I can't take any credit for your success but I am as grateful as you are for the help that (most of) the members on this form provide.

Er, got some pics now but dunno how to put them in me thread.

In Post Reply at bottom, its says file upload either disabled or not have permission.
In direct image-in-thread option, the guide says to start the link with either http or ftp link - do I have to post piccies on another website and then link them?

Blimey, thought my problems were over....

Yes, that is eactly what you have to do.

There are free sites to do that. I don't know what the URL's are as I run my own home based web server and I post there.

Finally, here's my 48 track 5.1 mixing studio:

    Front Views:

    Rear View:

I mainly use East West Symphonic Orchestra Platinum PLAY version, and using my setup I have each instrument group (i.e 1=flutes, 2= clarinets etc) mixed over 3 microphone recordings (3 mixer strips) for realtime ambience control and 5.1 soundstage balancing (for post mixing into DTS for playback on home cinema equiment). My setup is admittedly a little complicated to use, but gets whoop ass results so I love it!
