I'll never get it, but I've been drooling over the Les Paul Axcess guitar, link here: Les Paul Axcess

I have a Peavey Wolfgang Special, excellent guitar. Love the bridge, love my whammy bar. I've also been eyeing Les Paul's for years, really like the tone, and now that there's a Les Paul with a Floyd Rose bridge/whammy, it's just too tempting...

Santa? Do you hear me?

Dogmatic attachment to the supposed merits of a particular structure hinders the search for an appropriate structure.

A set of tyre warmers for my track bike......

Recording related I've just treated myself to a 22" Wide screen monitor, wow what a huge difference.. UK users see EBuyer.com £103 and a few pence including delivery, what a bargain.

Have you been naughty, or nice?

Last year, Santa brought me a root beer:

It was good, but I really wanted this:

D**n you Santa...

No, wait...

Sorry, Santa.
You 'da man!!!

they can never get it right!

I guess I got the good one (girlfriend, that is).

Two years ago she noticed that my 4 year old Winbook was falling apart (literally). She said "I want to buy you a new laptop, you pick it out", so I went to the website configured it and she placed the order on my computer.

Last year I sent her 3 links to music gear and said "any one of these would be cool, or not". She go me two of the three. One for Xmas and the second for my B-day (7 Feb).

This year I did not ask for any music gear as I really have all I need and the things I want are way out of line to ask for (V-Drums, UA 6176, Perlman Mic, i7 945 based DAW).

Cool girlfriend.

I've been married for... a few... years now.
I'm down to the:
"What's that..."
"It's a coffee table."
"What's the round thing on one side that sort of looks like a speaker."
"Oh... that's the safe... Cool, 'init? (it's not a sub... it's not a sub")."

Hehehe.
