My view is limited to the back yard, but I like it... it's private and peaceful (unless my son's banging on the window).

Not worth a pick really, but I did recently rearrange to take advantage of it.
There's another window, but it's covered with room treatment now.

Back yard here too.

An interior shot would look something like CJ's. I have a west facing room that COOKS in the summer afternoons. Miserable sweat box. Very pleasant right now though, and it will be until late spring or so.

The Hong Kong shots are stunning! Scotland looks great, too,

I was "lucky" enough that the room I ended up with (the smallest in the house) is the opposite of the sun in the afternoons, so it's actually the second coolest room in the house in the summer, and (to my surprise) the room treatment (which is pretty much insulation) keeps the heat in during the winter (didn't expect this, actually). Love it. Small, but comfortable.
The coolest room in the house is the laundry room, but it's not so great for a studio, and the view sucks.

No zombies yet (other than me after a few bottles of wine).

Take care,

Hi Michael

It's a very nice bit of gear indeed. I'd been debating whether or not to get a 700 for yonks - then I stumbled upon an offer from a music store that I use quite a bit that was selling the guitar bundled with a free copy of the Line 6 WorkBench hardware/software so I just had to get one!

What I like about the guitar is that, apart from the models and the bundled stuff, it actually plays like a dream - all in all, I've been blown away by the quality of everything to do with the Variax

Do you ever let him inside? Myself, I find it easier to keep the little ones outside of the home. Less opportunity for "bad stuff" happening. I think the cats and the dog prefer it that way, too, you know, less tail pulling and such. Temps dip down in the winter around here though, so you do have to be careful about the frostbite.

In my book that is Tres Cool (referring to the Roger Dean litho signed by Yes).

I have an autographed photo of Jim Marshall standing in front of nearly 40 years of amps. In the family room, I have an autographed t-shirt from Les Paul himself. Met him at the Iridium Room off Columbus Circle in NYC about 10 years ago.

There've been a couple of changes in the 2.6b years since I posted this: 3 new planets have formed, and 1 star has died

BTW, I hope this isn't some conspiracy to get people to post pics of their equipment, then pics of their locale, and then a midnight visit (haha, jk, haha, sort of.........)

Dunno about Bonnie Dundee, but Robert The Bruce ambushed the English Army a few miles up the road at Glentrool.
