Should I Upgrade To Chunky?

Right now, I'm monitoring my mix with two empty cans of Campbell's Tomato Soup, tied to a string. My mixes are coming out okay, but they seem to lack some bass. I read over at the Campbell's forum, that I might get better results if I use Cambell's Chunky soup cans, as they are supposed to have way better bass response. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, yeah, here's my specs: 30 telegraph keys bound together with rubber bands, going direct into an organ grinding monkey.

Liar. I read that same thread, and the "people" who could "tell" the "difference" seemed to be nothing more than Chunky fanboys/girls who wouldn't know their mirepoix from their culpoix. And let me reiterate the main point: Diabetic tussin will get you high in a pinch, but two bottles of Nyquil will let your mind (and liver) freeze up and perhaps cause long term problems related to both physical and psychological addiction. Which is cool if your substantiating lather-based penalties, of course, but oh so passe when Yolanda rings the bells.

Allegedly Sweetwater are offering the Heinz cans on a Holiday Special savings of 20% off.

But I don't think anyone with a gas fire interface will be interested as they are alll USB. (Universal Serial Broth)

Should be using hemp. When done using them, or you get bored, you don't trash it, you smoke it!

My mixes are coming out okay, but they seem to lack some bass.
Of course, a plug-in with tons of killer presets is the panacea for your "OK" mixes. You're looking for Super Bass-o-Matic.

Here's how it works: Catch a bass, remove the hook, and drop the bass - that's the whole bass - into the Super Bass-o-Matic '76.
Now, adjust the control dial so that the bass is blended just the way you like it. Yes, it's that simple!

Labels wore off, happens, just rewrap and good to go. Statistics show majority believe it is wire or string issue. Easy to understand but here at the Campbell's Soup Can sound test facility we know and sorry Jon...tweed ain't the answer. And Andy everybody knows the best subs are any brand of large, refried bean cans. Max Tootimus was first to use those cans...way back.

Actually, as usual, no one here knows anything at all about this subject. It doesn't matter what kind of string you use, hemp, sisal, etc., it's all about the how you tie the knot inside the can that makes you a pro or an amateur. No one knows how to tie a proper knot anymore. Of course, I'm not gonna tell you how to tie that knot, because it's best for you to do your own research and experiment for yourself. You'll be a better engineer for the effort and you will learn lots along the way.

By the way, back in the old days you couldn't just go out and buy ready made string and cans. You had to wind your own twine and fabricate your own cans from metal "salvaged" from road signs. I always found stop signs had the most accurate response and the red color added extra mid-bass definition.

I thought for a second you were asking about upgrading to an ubuntu version or something:
Chunky Cheetah, or something like that.

Fits their naming conventions, but I think they're way past the "C" choices at this point.

    That said:
    Chunky
It's a little harder to filter, but has that fat (phat) analog sound.

I like big CANS and I can not lie
    You other brothers can't deny
That when a girl walks in with an itty bitty tin
And some cat gut in your face
    You get sprung
    Wanna pull up tough
Cuz you notice that CAN was stuffed
Deep in the AMPS she's pairing
    I'm hooked and I can't stop staring
Oh, baby I wanna get with ya
    And take your picture
My homeboys tried to warn me
    But THOSE CANS you got
    Make Me so horney
    Ooh, CANS of steel skin
You say you wanna get in my benz
Well use me use me cuz you aint that average groupy!
