How do you disable a Sigmatel soundcard?

Hi folks, I just wanted to drop by and say hi to everyone and also ask a question at the same time :) I just purchased a pair of sweet sounding KRK RockIT studio monitors. I have them all set up and they work when I play back my music projects, however, I want to use them for all my playback needs (songs on my computer, all audio, etc). I'm using my Lexicon Lambda as my soundcard, but I'm not sure how to get my Sigmatel Audio Soundcard completly off my computer? I went into the control panel and everything is set up for the Lexicon. It's just, when I play a regular song, they still come onto my computer speakers and not the monitors? Are there drivers I have to disable in the device manager or something? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks guys, and have a wonderful Christmas :)

You didn't even give anyone a chance to offer a smartass suggestion involving explosives or construction tools.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.
