Bad Ronald ...The Xmas remix

Hi....this is a song I have decided to revisit. I recently was able to get my hands on a Rickenbaker 4001 bass, and decided to redo the Bass guitar for this...also did a bit of remixing to try and de-mudd it overall..wondering if it sounds any better to the fine ears that reside here!

lilpedro, don't remember hearing this one the first time, but I can say it sounds pretty darn good right now. Mix doesn't sound muddy to me at all and the bass sounds great.

The mix sounds a lot more open now to my ears. Better distribution in the mid range.

    Definitely an improvement.

Thanks DuRod...I have worked quite a bit on this one, and am pretty happy how its coming around..usually afraid to eq any mids down, but tried it on this and it seems to have made it a bit more clear. That bass guitar definetly added a cool vibe to the song, and is really awesome to play.

Thanks Tommy, like I said, I'm usually scared to cut anything eq wise in the mids as I don't want a "hollow" thin sound, but I tried it here and it seems to have worked ....still want to get the lead vocal up just a bit and maybe a little more clear...thanks for listening, appreciate the feedback!
