How do I go about getting a lost key

I have a old cakewalk express 6 and have change computers since then but can't remember where I wrote down the key for it .... who do contact to get a new key.... I know some of will say it old but its for my kid and want him to start something simple befor I upgrade to a newer Cakewalk

    If you registered your software, you will have to call cakewalk to get it sorted out. if you didn't register it, then you're probably out of luck and just need to get new software.

    if you can't get a new registration, I would suggest the $35 download of cakewalk's low end package called Music Creator. it's actually quite powerful for the price and the forum here is very helpful when he has questions.
