How to cut the video frames in Sonar 8?

How to cut the video frames in Sonar 8?

Does anyone know how to do that?
I'm new at this!..

    I don't think you can edit video in SONAR. Only make music/sound to the finished video.

    SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.

    SONAR is NOT a video editor. You can use it to create music for video, but your video has to be in finished form first and then imported into SONAR.

    If you need something for video editing, check out Sony VEGAS...
