Back from Vacation - What Did I Miss?
Over two weeks with neither DAW nor forum fix. I've been on a remote island with no internet access, no TV.
I've just now got home after a 27-hour trip halfway around the globe. I am totally in that spaced out headzone only obtainable by extreme exhaustion or by drugs you can only get in the hospital.
So have I missed anything good?
 All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to. My Stuff

Everything East of here slid into the Atlantic. Right now, I'm building a boathouse.
Other than that, things have been pretty normal.

Fog went platinum in under a year. Metalman stormed out (again). George told everyone off for being sub-human compared to him. Some of us did a punk Happy Birthday tune for Jonbouy. Radio has every ailment known to mankind, all at once.

We had 5 snowstorms in 8 days in SE England Fog wants me in his UK 4-man bobsleigh team for a winter olympic team bid The UK Prime Minister thinks he has saved the world banking system UK Taxpayers are kindly funding all bonuses for hard pressed bankers this year A very attractive American girl called Vonn won a world championship for downhill skiing (The UK uphill skiing contestant is still on the course) Vonn's biggest fan is a member of this forum A UK Nuclear Submarine bumped into a Russian submarine in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean (What are the chances of that?) A US Comms satellite bumped into a Russian satellite 240 miles above the Earth (What are the chances of that?) Demand for Russian SatNav systems falls though the floor There was a 100yd interception and touchdown in the Superbowl final erm..... Thats it really..........

I notice Dave's been on holiday, so has my favorite news reader Riz Lateef  Garry "thinks" he might be in the 4 man bob sleigh UK olympic team, but I haven't had the heart to tell him he's actually been signed up for the figure skating...hehe So Dave did you have a nice holiday?

Snowstorms in SE England! - these are surely the End Days. The first clue was when everything east of Denver slid into the Atlantic. Perhaps the two events are connected.

They have Sonar, but Realtek got the contract for the hardware.
It seems the latency thing is a bit of a problem.
