There isn't a style you can't nail, eh?

This sounds great, has a real contemporary, Arctic Monkeys sound; that could be the vocal processing but also the delivery and phrasing as well.

Good stuff!

Number 1 with a bullet!!!! Great song from start to finish. You have it classified as "Pop" on Soundclick and I think that's a good description. It sure is popular with me.

Not to mess with your lyrics, which, by the way, I think are great. The last line in the chorus, "Then there you were". I was thinking if you tried "Then you were there" it might be more affective, but honestly, it works great just the way it is and , as a matter of fact, I am nowhere near as talented as you are so I kind of feel out of line even mentioning it.

Congrats on the film placement

Just plain awesome man, top notch mix too. It very melodic, modern, tight great all around !!

Best of luck with movie placement, reminds me a little of cake and Black Rebel Motorcycle club too.

Very good mix Roger - the contrast between the verse and chorus - lots of variety in density. Good performances. Sounds a pro job to me. Good luck with the placement. Enjoyed the 2nd listen even more.
