Cannot Load EZ Drummer

If I had any hair left I'd be pulling it out LOL

I can not get EZ drummer to work with CWHS6 XL. I have a registered authorized copy. I followed daveny5's advice and added the toontrack folder to my VST lists and Cakewalk scanned the folder...

I am using the default template with 1 audio track and 1 midi track.

I guess I do not know how to enable EZ drummer. I need a step by step tutorial. I can not find it as a softsynth (Deminsion LE and session drummer, etc. are listed but no EZ Drummer) or do I click on the midi track and set it as an input ot output? However I have not had any luck there my only options are GS wavetable.

if you set it up right all you have to do is...insert>soft-synth...in that list you should see cakewalk tts1 etc. look for the one that says vst plugins. place the cursor over it and it should reveal ezdrummer. if you don't see that...follow Dave's instructions in the link Janet gave you and that'll set it up correctly. I used these instructions myself, you'll be set!

its all about the folders man..and what bit your daw is running and your computer is (32 or 64)
for some reason you need the 64 bit updates if your running a 64 bit daw in a 32 bit enviorment and vise-versa i believe..cant understand why easy has made it such a task..cant they make a better installer?..i went through hell bro..your not alonski  !!!
