PC DAW on a budget - microATX?

A friend asked me to check the specs on a budget PC DAW that he's having built at a local shop. Thought I would share it with you all to see what you think. My reservations on this setup is that it's a microATX, which could lead to space issues on taller cards, correct? Also, the MOBO is designed for business applications according to Intel, which I translate as having a lot of extra baggage not necessary on a DAW. Whaddaya think?

Intel Quad Core Q6600
Intel Desktop Board DQ35JO
Casedge TV-544
Kingston 4GB PC6400
Seagate Barracuda 32mb Sata2
Sony AD-7191A-OB 20x DVDrw

I would also recommend a second hard drive as his audio disk and/or to store sample content.

Your friend isn't going to save THAT much by going uATX.
I'd spend a little extra and go ATX...
(Better performance, better motherboard choices, more space, no sub-par integrated peripherals, etc)
