Snap to Grid presets

Well, now we have Snap presets which we can save and recall. But what is the good of this without the ability to keybind the presets? In order to switch, let's say, from "Move To" to "Move By" I still have to open that Snap To Grid dialog window. Probably the idea of STG presets was less mouseclicking, but it's still the same.

If the Functions in CAL implementation were updated we could do it ourselves, in fact we could do a lot more ourselves and take a lot of pressure off the bakers if this neglected feature was updated .

In that case, doing part of their job, should we pay less for the product? I'd prefer to buy a DAW for making music, not for further developing it.

I'd like to see clearly Snaping status somewhere in the toolbar, not in hidden window.I often have to open the window just to remind myself what mode Snap to Grid is in: TO or BY.

The Point I'm making is that some of us are capable of writing quite good usable CALS if the functions were updated they could be made available to more users who could benefit from the expertise of a few??

I agree 100% with that, it should be clearly visible
