Auto Level

I'm wondering if anybody knows of a plug in or software that will auto level. I'm trying to record a church sermon and getting it to be as close to one level all the time requires constant input adjustments. Thanks for any help.

    Yes you will want to look at a compressor. However. This will increase your noise floor.
