    Most of us are Trojans. I don't think there are many from Sparta Left.

    Yes. Drew Neitzel, Magic Johnson, Mateen Cleaves, Charlie Bell, Scott Skiles, Steve Smith, Mo Pete, and Eric Snow. A hall of fame for guards...so where are the big men, cryo...WHERE ARE THE BIG MEN?!?!?!?

    Well, we had Zach Randolph for one year and he was MUCH bigger in college than he is now that he's gone pro. I ran into him in the food court during his first week on campus and he leaned over to shake my arm then proceeded to order 3 helpings of Chinese food.

    Actually, I am from Norway, so technically I am a Viking, not a Spartan.

    Russians are descendants of Vikings, yes. Their diverse descendants in the 9th/10th century did serve in the Varangian guard in Constantinople, yes.

    By that time however, Sparta was somewhat past its prime.
