Wow, that was close. Don't try that at home, kids.

More capacity for 'recluding' needed there I think.

Actually I was gonna say that's a bit too fair haired for me but it could pass as grey I suppose.

Yeah I need to lose weight, and those *were* my vicuna woollen undies. There were some people in the park, and I didn't want them to think me odd by going tout nude.

Just noticed your .sig - another Ian Dury fan, I see... I couldn't tell you're from Essex...

You would if you heard 'im sing Russell
Another fan here too - New Boots & Panties is in my top 20 albums of all time

My first exposure to Ian and the Blockheads was the album, "Laughter." "Dance of the Crackpots" is still one of my all time favorites - much more quietly these days, though .

"There Ain't Half Been..." a close second.

The first time I played ID for my wife, she gave me a look that promptly relegated me to the nearest doghouse and left the room.

Oh yes Russell - I love this song, if memory serves me, I think it's the B-Side to the 'Rhythm Stick' single.

Simply marvellous lyrics...

Van Gough did some eyeball pleasers.
He must have been a pencil squeezer.
He didn't do the Mona Lisa,
That was an Italian geezer
