A Helpful Guide to Mixing Using EQ & Frequency Chart

Hi all.

I have linked (in this post) you all to something that may serve your creative flow and/or will be helpful to you when mixing your tunes. I have found the linked info indispensable! ...Boost frequencies where? ...Cut them where? I'm no expert at mixing, but this stuff has helped me a lot. Hope it helps you all too if you end up using it.

NOTES ON ABOVE: D is 'DIP' - to lower a frequency - B is to 'BOOST' a frequency. Also please feel free to add to this document and repost it with improvements. I created it from various sources but it could use a tweak by now.

    Glad everyone is enjoying the benefits of the chart (and the articles). Not a single original idea of mine, just stuff (some which another of you linked) I've picked up along the journey that is Cakewalk recording/mixing/mastering.
