Steve do you have kids? just curious ... maybe they bugged you to buy the hannah Montana range of things specifically aimed at parting you from your money and your upgrades I don't have kids, but she was on telly the other night doing an interview.. or was it to trying to plug a new movie.. VJ she was on Wossy's show the other night, plugging a movie.. but then again the other guests were Helen Miran and Simon Pegg... guess what.. they also feature in new films.haha I'm sure someone here will own up to sporting a mullet back in the days Mr Cyrus was a big hit.. I can't make that claim as well I've always been follically and vocally challenged..

Could be because her main fan base is very young, like my 4-year old granddaughter. She doesn't type well yet so she can't correspond on this forum.

David , I saw a thing about the monkee's a few years back. I guess they were the first to have been manufactured? much like star wars made a mint out of merchandising. They got fed up and tried to rebel against it, although we know them better for the commerical stuff.I mean the UK had the spice girls doing the same things, they had their name on everything / anything.. if they could get a few £ for doing it. I do like the monkee's , but you do feel in 2 minds about how much of peoples work is about the music itself or the marketing / 3rd party sales. this is a new advert running on the TV , made me laugh when I saw it... maybe a parody of someone..
