Appending tracks to create "medley"

Hello, I'm using Sonar 8.5 Producer and wish to create a "medley" of songs that are currently saved in individual tracks.  The only term I can think of that describes this action is to "append" them end to end.   Ultimately one file playing each track, one after the other with crossfades between.

Searched the web, Sonar's online help, and maybe I'm just missing a simple solution?  If you can steer me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

JB

I've done what you're talking about, and assembled the tracks just as you've described.  Sounds like you mean 2-track masters of separate projects, each on its own track.  And you'll overlap them enough to automate a cross-fade into each new section.  Works just fine.  What else do you think you need?  I think you're set.  Once you've put all these clips together, export as a 2-track master - ta da.

The way I read it the OP has all the songs in one project on different tracks. But I don't quite understand what is the problem? Positioning the songs one after another and creating crossfades is fast and definitely an easy solution.

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.

Right, that's exactly how I took the OP's post also.  - JB, let us know if there's something we're missing here.
