MASTERING-PlexTools- C1 Error Report Question

Hi guys,

I am using Plextor PlexWriter Premium CD-R drive and Plex Tools Professional software for C1, C2 and CU error report. I've seen on various mastering websites and their PMCD specs that C1 BLEER should be lower than 150 or 200.
Now, I am confused with the numbers and different test results I get when I burn PMCDs.

Which value should be less than 150 or 200: Avg/Sec, Max/Sec or Total?

First two error reports are close in Avg/Sec and Max/Sec, but the "Total" column has significantly different values; 940 in the first test and 3940 in second test. So, I am assuming that the lower values are better in this case?
What would be the best average value for Avg/Sec, Max/Sec and Total, so that this PMCD is satisfactory for replication plant?
