SONAR 8 (64 bit) and Giga Teleport (Rewire)

I just upgraded my system (Intel i7) to Windows 7, running as 64 bit.  I've reinstalled SONAR 8.0. and now trying to get it to recongize the (giga) rewired VST.   (Using Giga Teleport)  It does not, even though I have included the folder locations in the Plug In Manager.

Giga runs on an XP machine and the two systems are connected with a "switch"  - which seems to be working.

Is there no more support for Giga?  I know it's a dino. . .   is it now completely extinct?

Anyone been down this road?

Don't go down the FX Teleport road. Sh*tty piece of software and it will mess up your machine. I tried it, and dumped it. MOL3 by musiclab is much better. The main issue is that Giga is gone so there is no tech support. I am also trying to use Vienna Ensemble Pro, but not having much luck there either. There are lots of threads on this in both the Vienna and East West Forums.

i don't think rewire works at all in 64 bit, so it may be that technology that is the dinosaur here

Thanks. . .  I'm not sure their product works with Windows 7 (64).   I'm on their forum and someone else has asked the 'compatability' question - with no response.   Giga won't run on a 64 bit platform, so I may have to scrap Giga altogether.  Not a big loss, but I need something to replace it with.  All I have is Dimension Pro.

Rewire or REX doesn't work on 64bit. Its because of Propellerhead or have I missed something?
If you want to use REX use them in Stylus RMX or Kontakt!
