very strange thing happens here ....I have not used my Pc for Audio in the last Month. So today when I tryed to work on a project again , I have seen dropouts right some minutes after I hit play . And for some reason it will keep droping out from then on .....what is the problem here? I have not changed any settings or drivers since last month.

I agree with Mully, is there anything running at the same time? Possibly Windows Updates. I've seen that happen to me on my other machine when the internet connection was still up.

I have no updates running. I use kaspersky internet security. I have defragmented the drive with windows still i get dropouts. I have only installed some games like i did before for several times. It happened to me with other projects too. After not working on them for some weeks. Is there a solution?? Should i use TuneUP utilities? Right after opening the project it runs untill i stop it and press play again . At that point it drops out . After pressing play for several times it would then continue ....but man !! Why do i have to start several times to get the "machine" on?????????????????????

PS : all settings are the same as when the system was properly working...

I have not changed any settings or drivers since last month.

That is not to say that no drivers or settings have changed. Automatic updates for various programs, the games you said you had installed etc. can all screw up the system. Before you go too much further see if you have a restore point or an image of your system partition that goes back to the last known good configuration. It is always a good idea to image your system before you install anything. Games especially may try to set up intimate relationships with your sound system, without asking permission.

If your dropping out, just go into soanr's options/audio and adjust the buffers/latecny (depending on driver mode) and you can even raise your playback I/O buffers to 512 or even 1024 also.
There are way too many things that can cause drop outs.

I would not use any program like that. all you need to due is adjust some buffs/latency

MAchine works soo fine again after using Tune UP utilities --Thank GOD-- humans just never know it right on theyr OWN HAHAHAH-lol
But very strange ...i just found out today , that some projects still suffer from constant dropouts after hitting play for the first time . I tryed to go to higher buffer settings but its still the same thing . I have to press play several times with these projects before they start running again.....is there a trick man?????

It was a simple one though ----I have found the cause of the dropouts-LOL

It was just a driver still checked in SONAR , which belonged to the realtec onboard soundcard of my motherboard.

Now everything runs fine , only Motus drivers are checked now--peace
