    Hmm...

    I don't have these in my current Rapture folder. Probably lost them 2 computer crashes ago. I'll check some back up media I have.

    I finally found these in my DimPro 00 - Wavetables folder. At least I think that I did. They don't have an '800 -' prefix. and they're around ~2800 samples (rather than René's 'magic' number of 2048). But the wavetables work fine, and can be used in the Secrets of Rapture: PWM tutorial. I had four of them (adding perfect square and perfect triangle), so I zipped them all together.
