Using Reason while open in Re-Wire mode

How do I go about setting up Reason (or sonar) so that when I have it open as a rewire device, I can control reason from it's own gui, rather then select my patch, then click back into sonar? As of right now, if I go into reason, I can do whatever, but no sound is played until I go back into sonar, and then it doesn't stop. I hope that makes sense. It's obviously a bit frustrating not being able to play reason from reason.

    Hmm. It worked right for a moment, then stopped. Request for help is back on.

    So, after researching, I saw a common theme that apparently sharing is bad when it comes to drivers. Disabled that, and it seemed to work again. We shall see.

    combined will sort it (hopefully)... your running in asio mode + with background sharing off..
