SONAR LE and Studio Instruments

I'm a newbie hobbyist who just installed SONAR LE.  I want realistic instrument sounds for a decent price and was wondering if anyone has had good results with Studio Instruments?  I would want to be able to write my parts in the staff view and play them through the Studio Instruments module.   Does it work like that?

I don't have SE.. but yep it would be a case of you can play the notes into sonar LE..

it's probably like session drummer 2 , in the sense of you can trigger patterns on and off..

have you seen Robin's videos about it?

Studio Instruments is not bad, and well worth the $30.00 I paid. Keep in mind that it is only four instruments; elec bass, elec piano, drums, and strings (bass, cello, and violin).

    8.5.1 PE, i7 920, GA-EX58-UD4P, 6gb Corsair DDR3, 2 x Barracuda 500gb, HIS Radeon GS-4670 Fanless 1gb DDR3, XP Pro SP3, dual 24" monitors, Axiom 61, Korg Triton Pro, Focusrite Saffire Pro 40, VG-99, Yamaha MSP5, Fostex PM0.5
