Well, cool song, but the mix is a tad rough.
The first thing I would look at is the EQ. It sounds like you have pushed all the wrong areas (sorry, I am not trying to be harsh).
A couple of key concepts about EQ as they relate to Sonar:
1. EQ should not be used to boost bass (boost it a very small amounts if you feel it absolutely necessary). It is used to cut bass, cut mids and boost highs. Use compression and levels.
2. EQ in a digital environment is hazardous. It can really introduce or at least make more apparent, digital noise.
Right now, the levels are all over the place. You have some mid tones that come blaring out, while the vox sounds muffled and boosted in the mids, the bass is over the top.
One thing that I have been doing lately when I have been mixing the same song a long time, is to take a break, and go listen to other music. Not for comparisons, but to clear my brain out.
Then when I go back to the song I can hear the mistakes a whole lot better. We become deaf and blind to little errors that can compound into big ones and this helps eliminate that.
