How Do I Put Guitar Rig 3 LE effects Into Guitar Tracks Pro 4????
im trying to use effects from Guitar rig 3 in guitar tracks pro 4 but for some reason it seems like i cant use both at the same time.HELP PLEASE!!!!

I'm having the same problem. Guitar Rig 3 works by itself for me, but not as a plug in. I doesn't even show up as an option in the list of plug ins.
I'm using a Line 6 UX1 interface and it works fine by itself, and it shows up in the list of plug ins, but it doesn't do anything when I try.
I know it's not any help, but you're not alone.

hi guys.....yeah i have my UA-1G connected and everything..i just cant use guitar rig le at the same time as guitar tracks pro 4..
when i go to my guitar designated track i go to add effect and choose guitar rig and then it comes up and everything, but after this point i cant get the effects to actually go into GTP4

OK.. Don't take this as final word yet. I think because It's LE edition you can't use it in Sonar. I just tried to record and I got nothing. Hold on and let me do some research here. Be right back.

It enables the vst's from within GTP4. Go to tools - plug in manager -options then find the folder you have the RIG 3 dll file in. Highlight it and add it to your vst list. click OK and scan vst button. That should put it in there.

There was a thread in here somewhere about Guitar rig and running it i gtp4 but i can't find it. I'll keep looking but i remember something about you can't use the LE version. That might be a faulty memory on my part though

To hear the effects in real time, you'll need to switch on Input Echo. The icon looks like this:

Haven't actually tried using Guitar Rig 3 as plug in, but got Line 6 to work as plug in!!

Steve and Doc recommended I check out Line 6 stuff back when I was just using my Marshall to the line in on my computer. I used a $20 mic from Radio Shack and I had GTP2. I gotta tell ya I absolutely Love it!. I wound up getting the Pod X3. It's the best thing I have bought for my DAW. I bought a lot I equipment I really don't need and have came to only use the X3 for guitar, vocals, and bass. But in the process I have learned so much about recording. I use an Edirol FA-66 as an audio interface. I also have a Shure 58 to make it easier to switch between vocals and instruments.

did you get gtp4 Steve?
I'd like it Bill, if for no other reason than being able to help out a bit more in here. As it is I'm now using SONAR 8PE for everything, but at least my HS7 has a similar layout to GT4 so it's just the GT-specific content that's different. I wouldn't mind a copy or a PDF of the manual though - that would be very handy.

I think I might get it just to have it. Only $60 for the upgrade. That way I relate better in the forum. Besides if did something in GTP4 I could import it and go from there.
