huge clicks when looping reason in rewire

If I have a loop going with audio coming from reason I get a massive click which overloads all the rewire channels everytime the loop restarts.  Does anyone else have this problem?  It is consistent, I can't get rid of it.  Does anyone know if they have fixed this in 8.5?  It says they did some work on the looping, but that was for comp recording purposes.  I have had similar issues with acid and logic, except that was with the first beat dropping out at the start of the loop, they're all sorted now though

    it could be down to sloppy looping and it not being processed properly..

    errm try turning off "share sound card" or whatever it is, your running in asio mode also ?

    no, I've tried all those.  It was working fine for about a half hour and then gave me a peak of 99.9 db over.  All sound disappeared for about 4 bars after that.

    I'm not getting any audio now, just a clip on the master of 66db over.  It goes away when reason is closed, but as soon as it is rewired it is back again.

    any reason users here?
