i put a decent (multi-channel) drum track together, but a few of the bass drum kicks are too loud. is there a way to scale down the velocity on small portions of an audio clip..is this possible??   thanx..aleef

Automation - Use a volume envelope.
Check the help file or the manual under Track or Clip envelopes. Very easy to do.
    (when they work anyway)
