Edit Wav Tags - How do I edit the Wav files information so that it displays on a computer

Hello all,
 
I just mastered songs for a CD and was wondering how I name the songs so that when I burn them it shows up if someone loads them on the computer? I used Nero to burn the software and it shows the song names in the car, but when put in the computer it says  unkown artist and track 1. Thank you in advance for your help.
