Sonar not seeing Komplete - SOLVED - thanks!

The install appears to have been successful.  All of the NI .dll files are appearing in c:\program files\cakewalk\vstplugins.

When I try to execute a scan, I get a message saying that a scan is already running and to wait for it to complete.  It never completes.  I get this message even after a reboot.

I checked the activated "scan on startup" in Preferences, but on startup, I am not getting the scan box in the lower right corner.

There might be a dialog waiting for user input hidden by another window.
If that is not the case:
    • set the scan option to "Manual Scan" and reboot (if necessary)
    • hold the shift key while clicking the scan button to create a scan log
    • review the scan log to see where the process is hanging.

When the scanner hangs on me, I temporarily remove the plug-in causing the problem, then re-run the scanner. After the scan completes, I put the offending plug-in back in the scan path and the next scan picks it up.
