MC5 - the rest of the instruments

Having found MC5's Sound Center (somehow it got stuck in a Steinberg folder - it was a miracle I found it) - I find that instruments that don't have a program option attached to them (like a violin) are not available - 100 of them.

Now when I bought this download version I knew I was only getting 50 instruments.  Unfortunately I live in the sticks, without airmail; and I presumed that the rest of the instruments would be only a mouse-click and a credit card # away.

Does anyone know how I can get the rest of the instruments?
Alternatively, I have Yamaha's MM6.ins file on my desktop which I've been unable to install - does anyone out there have the patience to help me?
