creating a sfz format?

ok i been searching thew web on how to create sfz format i came cross one on sweetwater tech help & cakewalk some were.
I download a Free SFZ File Editor from the site http://www.technetos.com/technetos/project5/dimension/
& read on sweetwater & cakewalk on how to create a sfz file but im so confuse have anyone else trys this & know how to do it?

    if you load up an existing SFZ file into a text editor , it'll show you ... the manual has syntax.. also

    it's a set of text commands that Dim Pro / Rapture etc understand.
