Music Creator5 Sound Center

I am working thru the turorials for CWMC5.  Tutorial 4 shows us how to add a new instrument track to the Blank template.  The suggestion they make is to use Cakewalk Sound Center.
This is not listed in my software synths, and I can't find it on the web as a download.
I did a standard install, so it ought to have loaded from the CD.
What else can I try?
