GTP4 and Guitar Rig 3

Hi all,
 
I'm running GTP4 and the supplied Guitar Rig 3 LE (GR3) on Windows Vista 64bit. No problems until I upgraded GR3 to the XE version and suddenly GTP4 no longer recognises GR3 as a plugin. I can't see GR3 available in the plugin manager either. Any suggestions?
 
On another note, I was able to save in MP3 format but now get a message saying I need to buy a Cakewalk upgrade to do this. Did I get a number of 'free' saves to MP3 before the option became disabled and how do I purchase the 'save to MP3' option?

    I can see, now I've bothered to look properly, that there's a 30 day grace period on the MP3 encoder ;)

    Still having the issue with the plugin side of things though :(
