Please help with SFZ+.

Computer Specs:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU P7350 @ 2.00GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.0GHz
Memory: 4060MB RAM
Hard Drive: 484 GB
Video Card: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4670
Operating System: Windows Vista™ Home Premium x64
Music Creator 5

Issue:

I can record/create multiple SFZ+ tracks. But when I play back... I get the most awful screeching mechanical dragon sound.

Even if I mute all but one of the SFZ+ tracks, it's the same problem. In order for a single SFZ+ track to play properly it has to be the only SFZ+ track.

SFZ+ track works with other track types. Audio, Drumkit, ect. Just not with other SFZ+ tracks.

I made sure each track was playing on a seperate channel.

I tried with both MME and ASIO, same effect.

Any help I can get with this issue will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

It is very possible that SFZ is not 64 bit compliant. I am not sure but that is the only thing i can see in your setup that triggers a thought.

The immediate work around is to do one SFZ track at a time and bounce it to audio then delte the original SFZ track and make another one. The other option is to use other programs to play the fonts, and or tracks.

I'd Seize the day but i can't quite reach it!

Nice specs... how about the soundcard. That's the important one here.

Ahh, I see. Is there an online tutorial that can show me how to use SFZ+ better?
