Square I skinable?

Hello guys!

I just got the free Square I and I'm really really impressed by its sound! But the problem is that in my opinion its gui is kinda outdated..., so I just wanted to know, if Square I is skinable?!?

cheers!

No, not without hacking the resource files which Rene' did allow for Triangle 1 and 2.  I asked for this quite some years ago.  I would love to see a new GUI for Square 1 (in the style of Jorgen of nBeat who did skins for Pentagon 1 and Z3ta+) You're right it's still a great sounding synth but a bit outdated in appearance.  Since Square 1 is now free I doubt we'll see any more updates.

Ah... okay, thanks for the explaination! So, did you get a reply when I asked 'em? If not, I could send them a message too!

I think I asked for a new skin back in 2003 so I've sort of given up.

But hey give it a try.  With everybody getting Square 1 free now I'm sure you won't be the only one to comment on the gui.

    its gui is kinda outdated...
Don't think "outdated", think "retro chic" or "classic" ... or would you tear apart your Minimoog to fit blue LEDs and stainless steel end cheeks?
