NONE of my Plug-Ins will work.

Hi Guys,
I had a SATA RAID Hard Drive crash, (2 500GB Serial Raid), and decided to rebuild my system on a new WD 500 GB EIDE drive. When I got around to installing Producer 8.3.1.372, Everything was working fine, until I tried using my plug-in instruments. I can't get any of my plugins to work. All I get is the track indicator on the plug-in lighting up saying it's receiving; but no sound, except sine whistles and popping sounds. Also the playback slows down to very slow whenever I insert any VST or DXI plug-in.

None of the Plug-Ins that came with Producer 8 are working. I have uninstalled and re-installed several times now. I tried with, and without the patches to Producer 8, Also both versions, VST and DXI, all with the same result. I have tried several latency settings from 4 to 100 ms. all with the same results. I'm using the Stienburg ASIO drivers and they were working fine before. I have searched the forums of Producer and Studio and this forum. I have 4gb of 800 ns memory so that should be no problem. It is probably some small setting or parameter I'm overlooking, but I read most of the help file on Audio Driver Settings and haven't found anything yet.

I have checked the input and output settings in Sonar and my Xonar D2x 64 bit Sound Card several times, but still don't have a clue.

Before the crash I was sucessfully recording in Surround Sound with both Dimension Pro and my full version of Rapture, so HELP!

I already have the latest drivers, and I'm not about to download another driver manager. I already have Driver Dectective.

    Thanks

Can anyone think of any parameters I overlooked?
