WHere is TTS-1 Help FIle Please?

Wrangling with TTS-1, and clicking on the help button on the TTS-1 console results in error message. No such file around? Can someone tell me where this help file for TTS-1 is located? Thanks!

    Bob, coud open the file using "run" in start menu, since the button on the synth works not. THis shoud get me going. Thank you!

    It includes some useful information on how to save modified presets as well
