What makes a person a "CYBER BULLY"???

What makes a person a "CYBER BULLY"?

What is their M.O. and how do you define it?

If I disagree with you does that make me one? Or that is if I call you "NOT SO WELL INFORMED AND DUMBFOUNDED" in my answer does that make me one?

I think people nowadays are trying to be too sensitive and quick to point the finger in calling someone a "CYBER BULLY" for posting their opinions.

"JUST MY OPINION" and I am not trying to be a "BULLY" for doing so.

If you don't like me or my opinion "WHICH IS USUALLY ONLY BECAUSE I DON'T AGREE WITH YOU AND THAT REASON ALONE",
then "YOU HAVE YOUR MIND MADE UP ALREADY AND ARE TRYING TO BULLY ME BY FORCING YOUR OPINION ON ME WITH YOUR IDEALS OF VIRTUE AND SUCH TO FIT YOUR VIEW OF SOCIETY BY TRYING TO BE-LITTLE ME AND OTHER'S WHO DON'T AGREE WITH YOU BY CALLING US BULLIES AND CRYING!!!".

YOU BULLIES!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmmm, Come to think of it, I post a question and Steve StrummerUK you answered me!!! You DANG BULLY!!!! "YOU GIVE YOUR COMMENT IN SUCH OF A WAY AS TO MAKE ME FEEL LOW BY NOT KNOWING THE ANSWER!!!!

Hmmm, According to Mooch, this is all BAPU's Fault!!!!!!!!!

I'm being serious but I am kidding, does this make me a bully for talking to you this way : "MY FRIENDS" ?

UH, just incase you haven't figured this out yet, :  "Unlike a lot of people I am HONEST and like to tell people JUST WHAT I THINK because THERE MIGHT NOT BE NO TOMORROW and nothing is guaranteed", "I for ONE FIND IT OFFENSIVE TO BE DEFINED AND CALLED A BULLY FOR DOING SO - : AS PER WAS THE INSINUATION IN ANOTHER THREAD IN THIS FORUM".....

People have a RIGHT TO SAY WHAT THEY WANT! If it makes a person too upset to read it then who's to say it doesn't make another person happy to read it!

BS!!! I don't even go to that forum that was mentioned in another thread, but I do however know people who do and don't like the fact that they are being LABELED AS A BULLY AND DO NOT EVEN KNOW IT BECAUSE THIS IS NOT THAT FORUM! When someone tells someone they are wrong "AND THAT PERSON THINKS THEY ARE A KNOW IT ALL AND REALIZE THEY AREN'T they start calling others bullies, I don't like that one bit!

COWARDS!!!!! YOU GOT SOMETHING TO SAY TO SOMEBODY TELL IT TO THEM!!!!!!!! Don't come crying here in Coffeehouse about "OTHER PEOPLE'S CONVERSATIONS!". IF YOU DON'T LIKE WHAT YOUR READING : "DON'T READ IT", "YOU ARE A BULLY IF YOU TAKE WHAT SOMEONE ELSE SAY'S IN A CONVERSATION FROM ANOTHER FORUM WHICH YOU AREN'T A PART OR WERE NOT A PART OF AND TRY AND TWIST IT AROUND AND CALL THEM NAMES AND INSINUATE THINGS ABOUT THEM"....... "UH, BULLY".............

Ok, Give me the old boot here Mods, I'm sorry, but I don't like somebody talking smack about a conversation they have no part in and downgrading people I consider my friends.

I guess old EF is going to get the FU from this post. I tried to be nice, but I ain't gonna let somebody talk smack about my friends ESPECIALLY without them NEVER knowing it because they don't come to this forum!!!!!!

    Well EF -

I have to assume that your post is directed towards me since I am the OP of the 'other' thread.  (It was posted here, btw, because this is WHERE IT BELONGS!)  If you want someone to take the time to read the post, then PM them and send the link.

I know this may have escaped you (and your friends) during the lessons in kindergarten, but basic RESPECT and COURTESY is still in play in 2010.  Disagreements are an acceptable part of life.  Being a complete arse and lording your 'superior knowledge' or numbers isn't.  It's that simple.  Don't hide behind some free speech bull..it as an excuse to be a PITA.  Really, I wonder if you tell the officer who gives you a speeding ticket that you think he's a douche bag?!  Probably not, but why not exercise your "free speech"?!  Are you being a coward!?

As for me...   I spent 10 years in Special Operations with the US Army defending free speech and the right to dissent.  I have the wounds and ribbons to show for it.  I wonder if that makes ME a coward?!  Or maybe part of what I defended as a soldier was the the principle that the "little guy" not get smacked around by the "bully".

I detest the little elitist cliches that exist on this (or any other) forum when they impede the average visitor from interacting in a meaningful way.  I think what rubs you the wrong way is that other members chimed in to agree.  What's wrong, EF?!  Can't deal with a bit of DISAGREEMENT?!

The simple truth is that, as mentioned, my simple observation might bite the a$$es of some folks because the truth hurts.  If one of those people is you, then so be it.   BTW - Its funny how you got offended when not one moniker was given as the being the 'culprit'.  Just who was it I was referring to?!  LOL!   Maybe your 'friends' fit the description so well, YOU pigeon-holed them.  Your position and attitude is laughable, at best; pathetic, at worst.

For reference:  Check out "Susan G".  Platinum member and class act.

Now...   Go argue with and amongst your 'friends'.  My time is better spent elsewhere.

The slave (bronze) who became a gladiator (plat). The gladiator (plat) who defied an emperor. And what could be more glorious than to challenge the Emperor himself in the Collisseum? Striking story! But now, the people want to know how the story ends. Only a famous death will do.
