It's modern marketing and frustrates a lot of customers. I'm assuming that the product has been D & D'd they are just waiting for a production slot at some Chinese factory to get enough made to start distribution. Just advertise them when they are ready.

Shuttle PC, Mbox2 pro, some guitars and keyboards (with amps and straps etc), Sonar 8 PE plus some other stuff.

I'm curious why no 88 key version.  A lot of soft synths require a full range keyboard in order to operate the articulations...

PC: ASUS P5B-e MB, Intel Quad 2.66, 8GB DDR2 RAM, dual display (including big-ass 40" monitor for my aging eyes)
Hardware: RME Fireface 400 ASIO, V-700C, Tranzport, Alphatrack, ADL-600, UAD LA-610, Avalon737sp, Vintech X731i, AKG 414, AT 4060, Rode NTK, Baby Bottle
Software: Sonar 8.53 32/64, Omnisphere, Stylus RMX, Trillian, Superior 2, Addictive Drums, Ivory, Vienna, Kontakt 4, PLAY, Kore 2, etc

I only just received my A-500 Pro yesterday which I ordered from AudioMidi.com in the US. The problem is the display only lights up and doesn't show any information. Is it faulty or have I not done something I should have?

Can any one help?

Can anyone tell me something about the keys, what type off keys are on the A-PRO 800. Are they Semi Weighted or are it loose keyboard keys.

Hi rolandporter,

I'm not sure why this is happening.  You should try giving tech support a call and they'll be able to help you determine if your keyboard is defective.

Hi Bizon,

The keys aren't weighted at all, they're synth style keyboard keys.  The A-Pro uses the same high quality keys and key bed found in the Roland Juno series of keyboards.
