Cakewalk Rapture .scl files

hi

anyone know what is .scl files ?? is it microtune files ??
how i can edit scl files ? i want to get arabic scale
E = -50
B = -50

i found 2 arabic files in tunings folder C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Rapture\Tunings


arabic.scl

arabic_s.scl


but it is not arabic scale E -50 / B -50

    might be of help.. there was another site , BUT I don't think thats around any more.. an xs4all dutch site.

    if it's not the same thing , I'm sure someone will correct me.

    it's a scala file, many synths use it .. I became away of them when I started using z3ta
