Edirol M-10DX

Has anyone had any experience with Edirol MD-10DX.

Great Features....and with spdif out....YES....spdif out.  Now it seems there is an inexpensive way to use the 2 extra inputs I have on my M-Audio Fast Track Ultra via spdif.

Any comments on this product are greatly appreciated....
