No sound coming out of Rapture-Mac

Hi,

I just installed Rapture 1.1 on my Mac and everything seems great. All the files seem to be in the proper place and there were no problems during the install. Rapture shows as being successfully validated in the Logic 9.1 AU manager. But I can't hear anything when I load programs and press a key. There is no volume or volume display on the rapture GUI. There is midi going into Rapture. Somewhere along the way this problem developed back when I was still using Rapture 1.0 so I just stopped using it altogether but now I'd like to play with it again. Maybe someone has had a similar issue/resolution?
