I highly recommend an Echo Gina 3G.  It has 2 in and 6 out plus ADAT I/O (if you can use that).  It's a PCI card with a breakout box for location convenience.  Echo has some of the best drivers in the business.  Currently, using ASIO with 64 byte buffers I am running SONAR x64 very stable 24/44.1 with RTL of about 6ms.
