Windows 7 PCI Latency Tool?

Is there one? Or does Windows 7 even need to have PCI Latency configured?

I have the one I used for my XP install, but it doesn't seem to do anything under Win 7. My system is recognizing 6GB ram under W7 32 bit, but I am not sure now if I even need to worry about dealing with PCI latency. I just did this install last night, so I haven't had time to do any tracking in PE7 to see if it's even a problem. I just assumed I should try to configure it.....

The PCI latency timer settings are in the firmware of the hardware, not in the OS. If you have an AGP or PCI (not PCIe) video card it may be possible to make it lower (shorter interval that it claims unshared access to the bus), and improve problems with dropouts in the data stream to the audio interface. If you are not getting dropouts, do not mess with it. If you have PCIe audio or video interfaces, there is nothing to mess with. If you set the PCI latency under XP, that setting is still in effect (remember it stays in the card not in the OS) so you do not need to change it.

I can't find BIOS setting to reduce latency timer value, and none of the PCI Latency Timer
setting utilities I have not found on the Internet so far seem to run on Windows
    7. Does anyone know any way to adjust the Latency Timer setting?
