audio drive, samples drive, drive order?

I just added another SATA drive to my system, and was trying to figure out what goes on the audio drive besides CW Projects folder--for example, are loops "audio" or "samples"?--and I came across this thread, in the Sonar forum; it seemed to be related, so I posted in it (post #9).
Then I thought maybe I should have asked the question in this section as I was going to do originally till I saw garrigus' post in the other thread...I couldn't decide so I left my post in the other thread and link to it here; hoping that doesn't count as double-posting...so please read and advise, OK, folks?
