Which VS-100 Driver Version?

Hello

Anyone know how to find out which version of the VS-100 driver you currently have installed?

The VS-100 firmware version is displayed on the LCD during power up but not the driver version - unless I'm missing something?

Many Thanks

Not 100% sure Alan and I'm not in front of my SONAR machine at the moment.  If you have SONAR try the VS-100 properties page that is in the Sonar Tools menu.  It might be there.  Working from memory here so you might have to search a bit.

    Hi Alan,

The audio driver for the VS-100 lives on your computer.  If you're running Windows, you can get it through the Device Manager.  Expand the "Sound, video and game controllers" node and you should see VS-100.  Right-click and select Properties.  Under the Driver tab, you'll find the driver version.

You can also view the driver version and change buffer settings in Control Panel.

I'm using the version 1.0.0.0, which I believe is the latest 64-bit driver.

In addition to the audio driver, there is the control surface DLL.  Technically it's not a driver, but you'll hear people call it a driver.  You can get its version by going to the Shared Surfaces folder and right clicking on VS100.dll and selecting properties.
