Setting recording/playback settings for 8.5PE using a Presonus Firestudio

I am using a presonus firestudio and just got the Producer 8.5 version so I am trying to set all the buffers and such to get the best results.  Anyone out there have a firestudio that can help me out?  I currently have my playback set to 1024 and my recording at 256.  The 1024 matches what my firestudio says it is working at so am I as good as I am going to be?  I am a recent cubase convert so I am still a little new to all the settings.  I use the ASIO drivers and record a 24/48k.  Thanks for your help in advance.

    Hi,

    I have my Firestudio Project at 256 in sonar and no problems.
    I normally set it to 128 in cubase though.
    The ASIO windows 7 beta drivers work great for me so that's what i recommend!!
